Online Greeting Cards
Be sure to take advantage of our online greeting cards feature which allows you to send e-cards to your loved ones staying at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center with the touch of a button. The e-card feature allows friends and family to pick out and customize a card online. Once the e-card is submitted, medical center staff will print out the cards and deliver them to our patients. Visiting Hours
OSF St. Joseph Medical Center offers open visiting hours, so there are no restrictions on when you can visit your loved one. After 8:30 P.M., however, please enter and exit the hospital through the Emergency Department.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We ask that visitors with colds and other illnesses refrain from visiting any patient care units. Visitors are limited to two or three at a time. One family member or significant other may remain with the patient at all times.
In addition, each patient room in the Comprehensive Care Center contains a sleeper sofa, desk, phone and a computer port.
Cafeteria
Our cafeteria is located on the lower level of the hospital and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hours are from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM and from 5 PM to 7 PM Monday through Friday. Weekend hours are 11 AM to 2:30 PM and 5 to 7 PM. A variety of menu items are available at each meal.
Vending Machines
Vending machines are available 24-hours a day on the lower level in the cafeteria and in the Comprehensive Care Center waiting area.
OSF St. Joseph Medical Center Auxiliary Gift Shop
The OSF St. Joseph Medical Center Auxiliary Gift Shop offers visitors the opportunity to shop for unique gifts displayed in an inviting and relaxed atmosphere. The gift shop staff takes great pride in their beautiful displays of seasonal gifts, as well as flowers, and religous items.
The gift shop is located just inside the front entrance of the medical center across from the main lobby.

OSF St. Joseph volunteers at our main receptions desks - or any employee - will be happy to provide directions or escort you to your destination.
There is no smoking on OSF St. Joseph Medical Center's campus to ensure the highest quality care to our patients. However, we do offer a walking path which leads to a garden if you need to get out of the hospital setting.
Also, please feel free to take advantage of our Eastland Pharmacy, located within the medical center which is available for your convenience. Remember, Bloomington-Normal public transit buses make frequent pick-ups and drop-offs in front of OSF St. Joseph Medical Center's entrances. For these locations, please see our campus map.
